The solution is centered around projects and tasks that are synchronized from Maconomy.
For task collaboration, you can create sub-tasks within our solution, which are linked directly to the corresponding tasks in Maconomy.

Yes, and the implementation requires only a small number of deployment tasks. After setup, plus a short onboarding and training session for your staff, the Teams app is ready to use.

The system learns from what you’ve previously worked on and combines that with data from Outlook calendar events and People Planner bookings to suggest relevant time entries.

Yes, users must still have the appropriate Maconomy licences.
