Convert invoices to local e‑invoice formats
Maconomy invoices and credit notes are automatically converted into the digital format required in each country and sent through the appropriate e-invoicing network, such as PEPPOL, using a configured access point. Validation and status handling are managed within the same workflow.

Inspect, validate and send a single invoice from one screen
Opening an invoice shows the PDF preview next to the Maconomy summary and the full e-invoice content, grouped into sections such as general information, invoice period, delivery, supplier and customer details. Validation and sending happen from the same screen, and the delivery status and history stay with the invoice.

Statements of account sent to customers who have not paid
Statements of account are generated from the open overdue invoices in Maconomy and sent out automatically by VOLI Data, on the frequency and overdue threshold you configure.

Internal approvals in VOLI Projects
Approve invoices before dispatch
Internal invoice approval is part of the VOLI Projects product. Finance prepares the invoice and routes the approval to the project manager in VOLI Projects, so nothing reaches the customer before the responsible person has signed it off.
